FENDER USA AMERICAN SPECIAL PRECISION P-BASS 2013 Hand Stained Honey Burst 12977

This is a killer 2013 Fender American Special Precision Bass in hand stained Honey Burst finish. Has been modded/upgraded with a Fender high-mass bridge and pearloid pickguard. Also looks like it may have been given an extra coat of nitro by previous owner but can't be sure. (Has a little more shine than ones I've had before.) Has a retro 70s large "Precision Bass" logo on headstock. Pretty clean, would be and 8 or 9/10 condition depending on who's looking. Imperfections include a small patch of light scuffs on back and various minor playing marks. I've shown some but not all in pics. Frets are in great condition. Big fat tone. Greasebucket circuit and Alnico pickups onboard. Just given a full set up. Ready to go. Currently strung with flat wounds. (I will change to round wounds on buyer's request.) Weight is a very comfortable 8 pounds, 11 ounces. No case. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing, as well as manufacturer info.) Guitar Setup

All our setups are done by our in-house trained luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing

I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
