Gibson Les Paul Junior with factory 498T Alnico pickup--Bam!
Description
This is a 2011 Gibson Les Paul Junior--a stripped down rock & roll machine--in Sunburst satin finish. Has a killer sounding Hot Alnico Zebra 498T humbucker with a great warm tone, and you can split the pickup by pulling out the Tone knob. Wraparound bridge, mahogany body and neck, and a baked maple fretboard. If you like the LP Jr but P90 is not your thing, this reved up Jr might be the ticket. These have a thin matte finish that relics quickly and doesn't impede your tone. Hardware, frets, neck, and electronics are all in good shape. It's a great playing and sounding guitar. All stock, but missing original pickguard. Looks better without. Very few if any marks or imperfections. No case. I just set this up with new strings and set intonation. It's ready to play and enjoy. Luckily the coil split adds some versatility when you want to go for that single-coil more defined sound. You cannot go wrong with this pickup on an all-mahogany rig, especially for rock and roll.

Guitar Setup
All our setups are done by our in-house trained luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!
Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
