Description
You're looking at a 2016 Gibson Les Paul 60s Tribute that has been professionally reliced to look like a guitar that has had many years of loving play wear. The guitar was completely taken apart and every piece down to the smallest screw meticulously reliced. Multiple time intensive processes using machinery, chemicals and hand working were employed totaling about 25 hours of labor to bring the guitar to its current condition. All parts remain original, including the two great sounding Gibson P90 pickups. You'll notice some pictures show the pickguard, some don't. I can leave it on if you like the look, or take it off and include it in the box. If you don't want to spend $4k for a Gibson Custom Shop relic, this is an affordable alternative with looks that will turn heads. Hardware is burnished to a soft glow, neck is a soft gloss on back with frets in great condition. Action low, set up and ready to play. Comes with factory Gibson gold hard case, case key, and paperwork. Weight is 7 pounds, 13 ounces. It has just been set up with 10s. Thanks for looking!

Guitar Setup
My setup on guitars includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. I spray out any pots that are noisy. I turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. I don't claim to be a trained luthier, but I'm able to set guitars/basses for a reasonable out-of-box experience and have had very few complaints. If you're looking for the perfect setup on a used guitar, please expect to take it to a trained luthier who is familiar with your individual playing style and preferences. ps: basses get the same setup minus the new strings. Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. A solid, carved maple top and chambered mahogany body give the Les Paul Studio '60s Tribute the same tonewood combination that has been helping Les Pauls rock for nearly 60 years. The authentic vintage-style finishes present a guitar with the look of a well played original, while the instrument's unbound body and neck keep it in line with the popular Les Paul Studio line.
Neck & Headstock:
The Les Paul Studio '60s Tribute is crafted with a solid quarter-sawn mahogany neck with fast SlimTaper™ profile, an unbound rosewood fingerboard, and a headstock set at the traditional 17-degree angle for superior transference of vibrational energy?all ingredients of the classic Les Paul Standard of 1960.

To give it the vintage look and meaty, raw sound that this rock 'n' roller deserves, the Les Paul Studio '60s Tribute carries two Gibson USA P-90 pickups, which are wired through the traditional four-knob Les Paul control array, with a three-way Switchcraft toggle selector.
