GRETSCH ELLIOT EASTON G5570 Green Sparkle Duo Jet 2005 post-FMIC Guitar 0328

Regular price $799

Wow! Beautiful green sparkle discontinued model.

This is a 2005 post-FMIC (Fender) Gretsch Electromatic G5570 Duo Jet guitar in green sparkle. Signature axe of 80s legendary The Cars guitarist Elliot Easto. It's got a solid mahogany body with arched maple cap (rare post-FMIC non-chambered--heavy with the tone and sustain of a Les Paul). Easton's specially voiced tone switch and Gretsch humbuckers. Set neck, bound body and neck and thumbprint fingerboard inlays. Licensed Bigsby vibrato, all gold hardware, the list goes on. This is a lot of guitar and they're now hard to find--they only made it for a few years and Easton is no longer with Gretsch. Has some playing wear, marks/dings around the edges, but still looks great from the front. Gold hardware is good but does show some wear. Just know you're getting a player's guitar. I just set this up with new strings and set intonation. It's ready to play and enjoy. Comes with acoustic gig bag. Weight is 10 pounds, 1 ounce.
