Fender 2012 American Special Stratocaster Seafoam Surf Green + Vintage HSC 97511

Description
This is a 2012 Fender American Special Stratocaster in Surf Green. Excellent condition and comes with what looks like a vintage hard case with real leather endcaps and sought after UK-made Cheney clasps. These have Texas Special pickups with Greasebucket tone circuit. The all maple neck is a modern C shape with 9.5” radius and jumbo frets.

The guitar is in great condition with only some small marks (I have pictured some of the marks, others are too small to show on camera). All marks are scuffs or mild scratching. There is no paint missing. Back of neck is very smooth but with some small indents here and there. The frets are in very good condition. Weight is 7 pounds, 8 ounces. The case is in well used condition but still functions and keeps the guitar safe. No tremolo bar included. I have checked around and set the price lower than any other Surf Green USA Strat online. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) Thanks for looking!

Guitar Setup
All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!

Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case.
