R E T U R N P O L I C Y
At Still Kickin Music, we only want happy customers, so we accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent out. If you’re not happy, just let us know by email. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will provide you with a full refund of your purchase price minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Thanks!

SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL USA IS FREE. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground, as we have found it to be safest and most economical. We do not ship UPS.
We ship to many countries worldwide. IMPORT DUTIES, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
