Fender 1993-94 MIJ Precision Bass PB-43 Sunburst! 8.5 pounds! Japan P 79176

This is a 1993-94 Fender Precision Bass, made in Japan in the Fujigen era. It's very clean for a 30-year-old bass, only minor marks. Features:
— Basswood body, maple neck, rosewood board.
— 34” scale, 7.25” radius C-shape maple neck w/ vintage frets.
— All original vintage Japanese quality instrument.
One notable thing about the PB-43 model is the truss rod adjustment at the headstock, meaning you won’t have to remove the neck to adjust it. The bass has an Q + 6-digit serial number and says "Made in Japan" on the headstock. Identified as model “PB-43" in the neck pocket and neck heel (see pics). Hardware is pretty clean. There are a couple small marks by the output jack on the side, some rash in the armrest area, and other minor playing scuffs here and there. But overall still a very nice looking instrument. Weighing in at 8 pounds, 7 ounces, it is very light and easy to handle. Great playing and sounding bass. No case. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom.) Thanks!

Guitar Setup
Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, clean and oil fingerboard. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. We do a basic setup since setup is highly subjective you may want to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier anyway. Thanks!
Packing
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 15 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. I wrote a detailed story with photos on how I pack a guitar, which you can find on my StillKickinMusic site blog. If you Google "Still Kickin - How to Pack a Guitar" you will find it. Thanks.
