Fender 2015 Squier Classic Vibe Bass VI Baritone Sunburst Clean! Rosewood! 11318
This is a 2015 Fender Squier Bass VI in sunburst finish in very clean condition. No dings, frets A+. Interesting to note the differences between this one and a newer 2020 I just recently sold. For instance, this one seems to have a rosewood fretboard, while the 2020 had an Indian Laurel board. Also this one has adjustable height saddles. Finally the 2020 has a tinted maple neck with gold logo, vs black on this 2015. The 2015 also has more marbled neck inlays. Finally, this particular 2015 has a slighlty different tortoise look to the pickguard. So many small differences. Personally, I like the way it was done back in 2015--especially with the rosewood fretboard. That's a big difference. (see photos I took comparing the two guitars--the 2015 is on the right in those photos)
These are tuned an octave lower than a standard guitar, so all your usual chord shapes work just fine. They have a tremolo system and three Alnico pickups with 3 on/off switches and one "strangle circuit" bass cut switch. Modern C shape neck and 9.5" radius. Absolutely beautiful guitar. Cosmetically super clean. No dings or scratches, a few scuffs on the neck plate. Frets are in great condition. Fully bound neck. Weight is 8 pounds, 7 ounces (full pound lighter than the 2020 version!). No case or trem bar. I do a full cleaning and setup on all guitars. (Details on my setups and packing at bottom of listing.) Thanks for looking!

All setups are done by our in-house luthier. Setup includes new strings (9s or 10s depending on what the nut is cut for), overall polish, cleaning any gunk off fingerboard, oiling neck, and polishing frets when necessary. We spray out any pots that are noisy, turn the truss rod (if necessary) and set string height at low-to-medium action depending on string buzz present. Since setup is highly subjective you may need to get it set to your particular needs by your personal luthier. Basses get the same treatment minus the string change. Thanks!
I use quality boxes, thick bubble wrap, and peanuts to pack guitars. I have a very high rate of successful guitar and bass shipping (meaning few damaged instruments). I have been doing this 10 years and know how to pack well--with or without a hard case. I wrote a detailed story with photos on how I pack a guitar, which you can find on my StillKickinMusic site blog. If you Google "THERE IN ONE PIECE...How to Pack a Guitar" you will find it. Thanks.
The Classic Vibe Bass VI is a faithful tribute to the secret weapon of producers and adventurous players that have dared to explore it since its original production from 1961 to 1975. Tuned an octave lower than a guitar and featuring a vintage-style tremolo, the Bass VI is the perfect companion to accompany any guitar or bass player into uncharted territory. Player-friendly features include a slim, comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets, as well as a floating bridge with barrel saddles for solid string stability. This throwback Squier model also features 1960s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe.
